What happens to the details you send.
Hill Designs is a working fabrication shop, not a marketing operation. The short version: what you send is used to quote your job and talk to you about it. It is never sold, and it is only handled by the providers that deliver the email and host this site.
What you send us
The quote request form on this site asks for your name, phone number, email address, a project type, and a description of the project. Vehicle details, budget, and timeline are optional.
You can also attach up to five photos of the job. Photos have to be JPG, PNG, or WebP, and three megabytes total across all of them. There is no account to create and no newsletter signup.
What we use it for
Your details are used to understand the job, quote it, and get back to you about it. Nothing else.
Photos are used to work out what the job involves.
Where it goes
When you submit the form, the details and photos are emailed to the shop through Resend, the service that delivers this site's email. If the address you entered looks valid, the site also attempts to email you a short summary of what you sent, so you have a record of it. That summary does not include the photos.
This site has no customer database. Your request is not stored in an application here — it sits in the shop's email, and with the providers that deliver and host it.
Your information is not sold, rented, or traded, and it is not shared with anyone for marketing. The only companies that handle it are the providers needed to deliver the email and host the site.
Tracking
This site does not run advertising or social media tracking pixels. Like any website, it is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server request logs, which can include your IP address and basic details about the request.
Asking us to delete your details
If you would like your quote request and any photos removed, call or email the shop and ask. Max will delete the request and its photos from the shop's email.
Copies held by the email delivery and hosting providers age out under their own retention schedules rather than instantly, so we cannot promise every trace disappears the moment you ask.
