Common Questions
Can I bring a small metal part for welding?
Yes. Hill Designs takes on smaller welding and metal repair jobs, not just full builds, as long as the material and the repair are a reasonable match for the shop equipment. Some metals and some failures are better handled elsewhere, and Max will let you know if that is the case. Send a photo of the part and the break, along with what it needs to do once repaired.
Do you weld non-automotive items?
Yes. Bikes, equipment pieces, shop items, and other specialty metal projects are all fair game at Hill Designs, not just cars and trucks. The deciding factor is the material and the nature of the repair rather than what the item belongs to. Send photos and a description of what broke and what the piece has to do, and Max will tell you whether it is a fit for the shop.
